If you would like to create a new Zepjob account, please follow the steps below:

    • Click on the Sign In Button in the top right rail.
    • Type in your preferred email and password .
    • Upload your details or build a new CV through our resume builder.
    • Check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Zepjob.com (check your spam folder).
    • Click on the link in the confirmation email to confirm your new Zepjob.com account. 

    When you sign up on Zepjob.com, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your account. Check the inbox of the email address you used to register. The account confirmation email includes a Confirm Your Email Address link. Click this link to confirm your account.If you didn't receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folders to see if the email was directed there. If you are still unable to find your account confirmation email or if you have difficulty confirming your account, please submit a request or email to our support team.

    If you would like to reset your password, please visit the Sign In  link in the upper right corner of any Indeed page. Click "Forgot Your Password?" at the bottom of the login box, then enter the email address associated with your Zepjob.com account and click Submit. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Be sure to click the link as soon as you receive it - it's valid for 24 hours. If you accidentally created a Zepjob.com account with a typo in your email, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover the password for the account and will need to create a new account.

     Log in and click the change email address link on the Account Tab.

    After you've changed your email address, Indeed will send a confirmation email to the new address you entered. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

    Click the confirmation link within that email to finalise the change. Indeed will begin sending notifications to the new email address.

    To apply for jobs on Zepjob.com, first navigate to our homepage. Here, you'll find two text boxes labeled 'What' and 'Where'. In the ‘What’ box, you can enter your desired keywords related to the type of job you’re looking for, a company name or an industry you’d like to work in. To find your desired job in a certain area, enter a city, county, or postcode in the ‘Where’ box. Once you've set up your search, click 'Find jobs'.

    There are two different types of jobs on zepjob.com :ones you can 'Easily apply' to by clicking 'Apply Now', and ones that redirect you to the hiring company’s own website via the 'Apply on company site' button. The latter will take you away from Indeed’s site; please note that these applications can be a bit more involved, so if you have any questions, you'll need to contact the company directly as your CV will be submitted directly through their website.

    Applications submitted through Zepjob.com are sent to the employer. Zepjob  does not allow users to withdraw or alter applications that have already been submitted, unless an employer specifically provides the option to do so. Because of this, it’s important to review your application and fix any errors before submitting it to the employer.

    Depending on the job you applied to, you may receive notifications in the Dashboard of your Zepjob.com Account and also on your registered email address indicating that an application has been viewed and/or actioned by an employer. 

    If you would like to be notified by email whenever new jobs that match your criteria become available, you can create a job alert. We'll then send you a daily email with any new matches to your search criteria.

    To create a job alert, first browse to Zepjob.com and perform your search.

    After successfully performing your search, click Get Job Alerts In Your Dashboard and click Activate. We'll then send you a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your alert.

    After your alert is activated, we'll send your first job alert email within 24 hours.

    If you have an Indeed account, you can manage your alerts there as well.

    When you create an alert, we'll send you a confirmation email. Please check your bulk/spam/trash/deleted folders if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox.

    Every job alert confirmation email includes a link that reads: Click here to verify your job alert. Click this link to confirm your alert.

    Job Alert emails are only sent when new jobs that match your search are found. You can edit your Job Alert from the Alerts Tab  in your account to get better results.

    Also make sure that you have [email protected] as a safe sender for any spam blocking software.

    Lastly, be sure to check your spam, junk or deleted folders. Job Alert emails may have been moved automatically.

    While it is not possible to recreate a cancelled Job Alert, it is easy to create a new one. Please create a new Job Alert if you would like to continue receiving emails with jobs.

    How to cancel a job alert email:
    • Open an email alert you received from Zepjob.com
    • Scroll to the bottom of the email
    • Click the 'unsubscribe' button

    Every job alert email has a link at the bottom of the email that says 'unsubscribe'. Click the link to cancel the alert.

    If you have multiple alerts set up, you must cancel each one individually. Cancelling one alert will not cancel all job alert emails you receive. 

    There are 2 to 3 different type of subscription packages starting from 20 $ and anyone can choose any package according to their choice .However Zepjob provides you with 2 free job applications

    You can cancel your Subscription plan anytime you want by just going to your dashboard and click the button to unsubscribe your subscription.Still if you have any doubts or problems you can mail our support team and we will do it from our end and send you a confirmation email .

    All account holders on Zepjob.com have there own dedicated dashboard where they can find,edit,delete or add any of their informations.And if they still have any questions or doubts they can anytime email our support team and we will do the needful from our end and send a confirmation email.

    If by any chance you feel your account is hacked you need to inform us immediately via email or calling our support number and we will ask you to submit your government approved id proof such as passport,driving license ,national security number,address proof and also me might ask for a physical zoom meeting for confirming your identity, and all this process may  take between 48 to 120 working hours and after that you will be able to access your Zepjob.com account or we might also ask you to create a new account .
